EOC Academic Year-Long Mentoring Program

Mentee Application - 2021-2022
**This program runs from September 2021 to May 2022**

PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION BELOW CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU BEGIN THE APPLICATION:

APPLICATION STEPS:

1) Eligibility: This program is open to all rising juniors with a minimum 3.0 GPA, students in the RSSP and FLP programs, and first or second year graduate students.

2) Application: Read this page carefully. Complete the Executives on Campus Academic Year 2021-2022 Mentoring Program Application in its entirety by September 15, 2021 to be considered for the program.

3) Mandatory Info Session Quiz: After completing and submitting the application, candidates will be required to complete a mandatory info session quiz. All candidates* must complete the quiz to be considered for the program by September 15, 2021.

*FT MBA students are exempt from completing the mandatory info session quiz because an EOC presentation will be a part of their orientation program.

4) Mentor Selection: Candidates who complete the quiz on time will be able to view and select their mentor preference by September 15, 2021. IMPORTANT: Students will not be able to submit more than one mentor requests. If you want to change or cancel a request, you must do so before the September 15 deadline. While every effort will be made to match as closely as possible to Mentor preferences, there is no guarantee of receiving one’s top selection!

5) Program Launch Event: All students accepted into the program must attend the Program Launch on September 22, 2021. Accepted students will receive information about this event with their match confirmation email.

*Due to the competitive nature of this program and the limited number of spots, we cannot guarantee that all applicants will be accepted into the program.

*If the program reaches capacity before the application deadline, the application will be closed. Please note that your grammar, spelling, attention to detail, and ability to follow directions in completing this application correctly by the deadline will be considered in determining your acceptance into this program.

*Use only ONE email address (spelled correctly) when corresponding with the Executives on Campus team in regards to this program. EOC is not responsible for lost communications due to the use of multiple or misspelled email addresses.

Short Answer Essay Questions

The questions below are designed to provide Executives on Campus (EOC) with information to be shared with potential mentor(s). Your answers serve as a means of sharing more about you so that he or she may be better prepared to help you reach your goals. If you are an FLP student, you may use the essays you wrote on your FLP application and insert them into the provided text boxes below, modifying your essays as necessary. Each answer should be no more than 500 words.
